30 October 2016 – Forest Woods is bid to offer potential buyers more pocket-friendly prices. City Developments (CDL) said yesterday that 89 per cent of the 519 units in its Forest Woods project in Lorong Lew Lian will have up to three bedrooms or 1,184 sq ft in size. The showflat preview began last weekend (24 Sept) while the launch should be next week (8 Oct). Units will be priced from $688,000 for a one-bedroom with study unit, $838,000 for a two-bedder and $1.1 million for a three-bedder. Forest Woods indicative average selling prices of about $1,400 psf, CDL’s profit margin could be over 20 per cent, an RHB Research Institute analyst estimated.

10 October – Home buyers turned up in droves at the Forest Woods show-flat over the weekend, snapping up 65 per cent of units in the development. City Developments (CDL) said 337 out of 519 units at the project, which is located in Lorong Lew Lian, were sold.
